Thumbs up Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich

I was supposed to work today, so for my lunch I made a salmon cream cheese sandwich. Then I slept in and felt really tired, so I called in and ended up having it for breakfast!
Without counting the lettuce and tomato that I added, it comes to 306 calories, and it was so yummy and filling with an apple!

* 1/4 of a 60 g can of pink salmon in water, drained and rinsed to remove sodium (I can't remember if the can said 60 or 80 calories, but I included the higher calorie count in the final calories for the sandwich)
* 2 Tbs low-fat Philadelphia cream cheese (60 calories)
* 1 dill pickle (16 calories)

Cream the salmon and cheese together. Spread over 2 slices whole wheat bread (150 calories) and top with sliced dill pickle, as well as any veggies that you want to include.

I haven't had cream cheese in a long time...it made it feel decadent
