1/2 cup Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/3 cup instant coffee crystals
1 cup Carnation nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons Carnation fat free instant dry coffee
creamer
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1. Place Sugar Twin and cornstarch in a blender container. Cover and process on HIGH 30 seconds. Add dry instant coffee crystals, dry milk powder, dry coffee creamer and nutmeg. Cover and process on High 30 seconds. Pour mixture into an airtight container. Use as you would instant coffee. Make it as strong or as weak as you like. A good place to start is 1 cup hot water and 2 teaspoons Cafe Cappuccino Mix.

Thank you for the recipe for Cappuccino Mix. Every morning I stop at the local convenience store for a cappuccino. That could part of the reason I am not losing weight. I am going to make your mix and fix that to take to school.
