Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
3 cups Wheat Chex®
3 cups Corn Chex®
3 cups Cheerios®
3 cups fat free pretzels
3 egg whites -- beaten til foamy
5 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons season salt

In a large pan, mix the wheat Chex, corn Chex, Cheerios, and pretzels together. Set aside. In another bowl, beat your egg whites til foamy. Then add worcestershire sauce and season salt. Mix well.

Pour egg white mixture over cereal mixture. Stir well. Then lightly spray the cereal mixture with Butter Flavored Non-stick Cooking Spray.
Stirring well, spray lightly several times.

Place on cookie sheet and put in warm oven (250) for 1 1/2 hrs. Stirring every 30 minutes. When done, take out and spread on paper towels. Sprinkle lightly with Garlic Salt. Store in air tight container.

I assumed that this recipe makes 12 servings of 1 cup each. If so:
Per MasterCook, each 1 cup serving =
144 cals, 1 g. fat, 2 g. fiber= 3 WW points (1/2 cup serving comes out to 1 point)

Hi, I hope this recipe for puppy chow helps you out. The bad thing about it is that it makes a lot of it.

1 package (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips(1 cup)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup light margarine(not spread kind)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Measure cereal into large bowl; set aside. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in 1 quart microwavable bowl uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into a large plastic food-storage bag; add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
