8 oz. nonfat cream cheese, softened
6 oz. nonfat cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. pimentos, drained
4 T. nonfat mayo
1 pkg sweetener

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Chill

Serves 4(enough for 2 sandwiches each)
2 P/M 15 opt cal 0g fat, 0.8g fiber
