Profile picture won't upload

Hello. I have tried repeatedly to upload a profile picture from my computer but get the message cannot save file. It is a .jpg and resolution is 300 x 339 (which is considerably under your 500 x 500 requirement). Can you please advise what the problem could be. Thanks.

Alas, Misti, you will note that there are NO Avatar pictures right now. My Avatar picture of 16 years vanished. Those folks who've chosen 3FC Avatar memes see them when they post.

Again, I'll let you know when I see the situation change.

There are no profile pictures on 3FC, please refer to previous posts within the thread for more information.
