Default weight watchers plan 1996 ?
Hi, does anyone know what the plan was please, sorry, not sure if this is posted in the right place, thank you

i think i can clear this up ...

the weight watchers plan in 1996 was to lose weight by means of a dietary calorie deficit.

same plan, will be in effect in 2021.

next question ?
