Suggestion: Profile Customization

Hello! So I am pretty familiar with this type of forum, but I did notice since joining that there are no settings to customize my profile, is there a way we can have this switched on? I find when the profiles are more attractive and more personalized it is a lot more fun to check out people's profiles and comment on them. Just a suggestion, but I would really like to have this feature! Thank you!

If you go to your User CP You can customize your profile but I'm not sure if there is away to comment on other members profiles
