Hi everybody!

My question is: am I allowed to start a diary here? I feel that it would be helpful to track my daily activity and food intake over time. I would like to post these separately - in a new thread, which will be sort of my personal thread. May I do this?

There is a blog portion of 3FC. I used for a little while, but honestly can't remember how it works. There is a section of the forum dedicated to the blog, if you want to check it out.
