Still no signature
 

I've been a member for 20 days (joined Jan 1st), and I know that the system updates by the hour, but I registered at like 4-5pm PST. It's 9:11 PST and I still don't see the signature option. Is it under User CP, and then Edit Profile?

For 20 days, look for it today, January 21, 2015 within a few hours after 4-5pm PST.
