I''m a regular forum member and I created this new pseudo because of a problem I have. I can't log in the forum!
I can't remember my password. I requested a new one and I get the email with the link to reset a new one, BUT when I open the link it keeps giving me the message:
"The address that you have used to request a new password is not valid. Please request a new password be sent to you by using this form."

Help me please, I need the forum!:shrug::shrug::shrug::shrug:

Someone please help! How can I get the mods to see this post?

I don't get it. It shouldn't be this difficult to retrieve a password.

How did you report that you wanted a new password? Were you under the Old name or under the new name? I think I can go in under your old name and change the password. Let me try that.

I'll raise a problem report. Not sure when it will be actioned since it's the weekend but will try. Just to clarify you want to change your password for thirti4thirty. They will send the info to your old email addy, not to this new one.

Okay. I have my main email (the old one I registered wiith. This is just an alternate username with my alternate email.) Anything concerning the problem should be sent to the old one. Thanks for your help though

I can help you with this :) Yahoo email truncates links, so when you click them they are invalid. You can copy/paste the link instead, but it may have timed out. I'll manually reset your password from this end and will email a temporary password to you, which you can change after you log back in. I'll send it to the email on the first account. I hope that helps :)
