What are forum rules on people making "snide" or "hateful" comments?

Posting, providing, transmitting or otherwise making available any junk mail or spam, and
Posting, uploading, emailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains any malicious computer code, or reverse engineering or hacking any materials on the Site.

Thank you again. I received a rather snide comment today that was unsolicited and uncalled for, which I consider "troll-like" behavior. I'll give this person the benefit of the doubt once, but next time I'll be reporting her. I appreciate your help.
