I am trying to figure out this forum

I have searched for recipes after someone posts about a good one and then can't find it, eventhough I used the search thread. How do I keep something that I have found that sounds good?

How do I stay in just the IP area and not get pushed over into other areas....I don't want to read something and then think I can do it when really it was for another area of the diets.

Yes, I have read the sticky stuff. Just dense I guess.
