Fat Smash Diet -- Actual Menu
 

Hi there, I think I am going to start the fat smash diet -- I did it a few years ago and was pretty successful. I cant find my book on it though and I cant get it from the library until Monday. Does anyone have the actual what you eat day to day list? I want to get started on this tomorrow if possible. I know that there is a 7 day more intense part and that is what I am looking for.
