Signature Help
 

Forgive me for I'm sure this has been asked before.
I read that due to spam(?) reasons, you cannot have a signature (like a weight loss ticker, etc) until a certain number of days has passed and you have posted so many comments/threads/responses. How many days must I wait? And what's the minimum posting requirement? I would love to have a weight loss ticker show in my signature so I can see it everytime I login or post a response in a thread.

I have over the 20 post and joined in November but I can't remember the date. Is this date/day specific? If so, then how can I find the exact date?
