I dont know much about it, but from what I have heard you are supposed to eat only 500 cals a day and that is not enough it just doesnt seem like a healthy diet to me. jmho

I don't think they have any control over the ads, it's a third party company that chooses and streams ads.

Yep - ads are based on content on the page, not anything that 3FC chooses. We can block objectionable ads by submitting them to the ad server, but they get replaced fairly quickly.
