I would like my profile pic to show when posting .. how do i go about doing that? thanks in advance..

CheerMom, your profile pic appears on your profile page and it's there. Locate "edit avatar" in your UserCP to upload a smaller version that will appear on your posts :)

How do I get my picture size to be small enough? I find all the pictures I have are too big to upload.
