How do you include your weight tracker?

Fairly new to 3FC. I see everyone's weight tracker and I figured out how to create one. However, when it tells you to copy and past the link to your posts, do you have to copy and paste it every time?

Where do you paste it?

Sounds like a stupid question, I know, but I really don't know!! lol.

You'll be able to paste it in your signature, as soon as you've been a member for 20 days and have at least 20 posts. Until that point, you're in "Junior Member" status, meaning signatures aren't available. This was necessary to handle some serious spammers.
