I have still not figured out how to post. Is it really that hard or am I being very dense?

Oh. Well if you want to post a reply to a thread someone has started I tend to go right down to the bottom of the page and theres a little box...type your reply in there and hit "Post quick reply"...


If you want to start a new thread of your own, find the topic you want to post about and there'll be a little box saying "New thread" just stick the title of your thread in the top box, and then expand about it in the larger box underneath.

Hi just found this site. Like the 3 hour idea. I been eating poorly.

Ok, so how do I "subscribe" to a thread? I posted a comment on someones thread earlier, but it says I have zero threads subscribed? Also, will I get a notification if more comments are made on the subject I posted on (like how facebook does)?
