Ticker help
 

I would like to make myself a non-scale ticker for days on plan. The 3FC ones appear to be weight only, though I may be mistaken. The Ticker Factory offers a count-up but I can't find if I can get rid of the word "since" on the text. I set it up to read "days on plan" but when you finish it the ticker reads "x days since on plan". I can't think of anything that makes any sense with the word "since" in it because I don't want to say since I went off-plan cos I only started my plan on 21st Oct, I wasn't "off plan" before then, I was just before plan. "Since plan began" doesn't say that I have successfully stuck to it for so many days, it just says I've been theoretically on plan for x days, and I really want to be able to see for myself each time that nsv of being still on plan. I didn't look at Ticker Central because it doesn't even let you browse the tickers before you have to sign up with all your details and I don't fancy that.

Does anyone know how to get a ticker that will count up how many days I have been on plan and which doesn't have "since" in the ticker text, or something I can write after "since" so that it makes some sense? Perhaps I am just being dense. :dizzy:

I've never used TickerFactory, but if I'm understanding how this works, maybe you could set it up to read "x days since I've been on plan"?

To me that sounds like I've been off-plan for that number of days. 20 days since I've been on plan sounds like 20 days that I've been naughty because it's 20 days since I was last on my plan. Grrr, silly ticker, why does it have to put in compulsory text? :mad:

Amounts to the same thing, really, it sounds like I was on my plan and x days ago I slipped up and that's how many days I've been back on the wagon. I want it to be very specific that it's only about the number of days since I began my plan that I have successfully stuck with the plan. Don't want it to be days since I began cos that doesn't show whether you have been successful in between or not, and not saying since I went off plan because I didn't. It needs to be specific enough that I won't want to break my streak and have to change my ticker. If it's not specific enough then it won't mean anything and will not be motivating. So annoying!

Does anyone have a Ticker Central one? I don't mind signing up if I can make it do what I want, but I'm not going to give them my name and details just to find out what they have.

Hmm...it really just means that you've been on plan for 20 days. You started it 20 days ago and you've been on plan ever since! So it's been 20 days since you've been on plan. But I guess if you don't find it motivating then it's pointless to put that even if it does make sense.
