plateau sticky (not asking for help)
 

there are alot of questions about plateaus. maybe we could sticky the info somewhere? or maybe it already has been, and i didn't see it.
i'm not trying to get through one myself. i just noticed i keep answering questions about it in different threads. seems it would be helpful to nail it somewhere.
