It might be obvious but I cant find how to subscribe to a thread - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Can someone please direct me to the way to subscribe to threads i feel most motivated by? I can get to the subscription folder, but don't see how to add to it.

At the top of the thread, click "Thread Tools". You'll see the option to subscribe there.
