I cannot wait for my ticker either...for some reason seeing it visually when your weight is going down helps me realize what I am actually doing and I can see it even if I am not on the scale! I do not know if that makes sense to anyone else or not but it would surely help me! ;)

Check your user profile- select edit profile. Once the 20 days has past, you will see a 'signature' link in the right column of your user profile. Good luck!

Hip hip hooray - I have my ticker! I have my ticker! but the joy is short lived because I have NOT been a good girl:mad: My youngest child was recently ill with a throat infection & a high fever & measles on top of that which I used as an excuse to just eat what the rest of the family was eating!! it didnt stop when I got back to work this morning & my weight is standing still.....what's a girl to do???? I need some serious motivation!!

Do we automacticly get a ticker after 20 days, or do we have to go find one and add it, and wait 20 days for it to appear? :)
