I have another question.What is NSV?I keep seeing people use it, but I don't know what it is.

Non-Scale Victory...something you succeed at that may not be related to weight on the scale, but is still a victory for you.

For me, two recent ones were a running goal met and cutting my hair short, which didn't look good on me at a higher weight.
