editing thread title
 

how do i edit the title of my thread after posting?

I can't swear that you can do this, but click the Thread Tools menu in the purple bar across the top of the thread, then select 'edit thread'. From there you can edit the title.

However, that may not be available to you as an option. To be honest, it's been nearly 10 years since I tested it as a member :lol: If you don't have the option and would like a thread title edited, PM any of us and we'll be happy to do it for you :)

It works OK for me but then, I'm a MOD.

I've tried the 'edit thread' before and not been able to edit the title, only the thread contents. :)

ETA - just tried it again on a thread I started - I didn't get an 'edit thread' option at all from thread tools. Only a 'close thread'. FYI.

I'm pretty sure only a Mod can do that. So you go ahead and get in touch with the Mod in that forum and tell them what you'd like done.
