need help with quoting

when i reply to a post, how do i quote within a post? not the whole post.

Click the quote button, then manually delete what you don't want to include.

Or, copy/paste the part you want to quote and put it between quote tags (leave out the * in the example)

[quote*]what you copied and pasted[/quote]

I've been trying to multi quote and it is not WORKING!!!! frustrated much? :D
