I often subscribe to threads, but I never receive emails. Is there a problem with the site, or do I have something set up wrong?

I just looked at your profile and for "default thread subscription mode" you have "do not subscribe" selected. You need to change that to one of the other options, like instant email notification, in order to get email alerts.

To fix it, go to the User Control Panel, then Edit Options, scroll down to Default Thread Subscription Mode and choose one of the options on the drop down menu on the right. If you have trouble fixing it, let me know and I can do it for you.

Also, make sure that when you subscribe to an individual thread, you select a "Notification Option" that involves email on the "Notification Options" dropdown. Otherwise, you can track subscribed threads from your User CP, but won't get emails.
