Mod (or anyone who knows) Chatting?
 

I'm sorry to say that though I've been on this site for some time, I still have no idea who really runs it. So I thought I'd throw out my question to the general public, and thank you mods if you take a look at it too.

Has there ever been any talk/How possible is it that 3FC might someday add a chat function in addition to the forum? I've come to get to know a lot of great people on this site, and I thought it would be really fun if we could casually chat on top of using the forum.

Many years ago there used to be a chat feature on the site. I used it myself and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately as time went on, fewer and fewer people used it so the 3 chicks who started this site, Suzanne, Jennifer and Amy decided to discontinue it.

Whether it would ever come back, I really cannot say. I do know it wasn't free and took quite a bit of time to maintain so I would think getting it back would be unlikely.

Yep, what Linda said. :lol: We'll never say never -although it is unlikely. My most vivid memories of chat, unfortunately, is chasing the spammers out.

There is something you can type on any web page and chat. I used to doodle with Paint Shop Pro and when the group I was would tutorial, we would use the chat feature. If I can find it again, I will let yall know.
