mods have peaked my curiousity
 

I have oftened wondered and tonight night was reminded to ask. How is the web site manned? I have often noticed threads appear then if inappropriate disappear(aka deleted) and I've seen it happen at various times of day and night. So I'm curious is there like a staff that takes turns watching threads 24/7?

Such a nice compliment, even if you didn't realize it. :) We have approximately 25 uber-chicks that we are eternally grateful to have here. One crack team, on various time zones, keeping the board clean so you have a community free of spam and drama!

We really do have fantastic moderators here. I occasionally visit other boards, but I'm usually turned off pretty quickly by the argumentative, dramatic and sometimes plain ol' nasty responses. Lord, I get enough of that in real life, I surely don't need it online, and we don't get that here. Great job ladies!
