I wanted to get something like this together and posted a thread about it around a year ago. There was some brief interest, but it didn't happen at that point.

I think Suzanne is right about the regional thing - it might be good to have a regionally targeted get-together (with anyone NOT in that region still welcome IF they choose to go, of course!)

Maybe we could get a huge group discount at a hotel in Vegas if we all decided on a specific date and promised we'd show up. I'd be down for helping organize it -- I run an office, so I'm pretty good with booking events and I've also worked for a travel agency. :) I agree with Babygal on getting a committee together.

OH OH - there are a ton of names and faces I don't recognize - I have been out of the 3FC loop more than I'd like to be due to being super busy with my day job, my business, and renovating my house. I REALLY miss posting here frequently, but I visit this site as much as I can and come read the posts even if I don't have anything to say... but ANYWAY... hi! I'm Aidyn. I live in Florida and would be extra excited if we got to do our get together in Florida BUT I am up for anywhere and will be happy to help make it happen!

Oh, maybe we could have silly little name tags with our screen names on them... :lol:

Heya. I"m in if there's a GTG I can make it to.

I have to kinda agree with Suzanne - I've been on a lot of message boards and met a lot of people in real life and it often just doesn't happen unless someone takes the reins and makes a decision and plans it.

The best way to make it happen is for someone to say "I'm going to be here on this date - anyone who wants to can join me."

That said, I'd be up for Vegas or NOLA just about any time - and probably any other city as well. My only limitation is my business; if I book a client last minute, that will take priority over any social traveling. :)

Sounds like fun! I haven't traveled around the country much, so anywhere would be great! Vegas and New Orleans sound awesome. Or a cruise! Ooh!

I'm a student, so I'm tied down to a regular schedule and a tight budget, unfortunately, but I'll be there in spirit!

Hey for all you that are on a budget or a student..don't rule it out yet! Hang in there!

I don't know any of you (YET) as it's my first day here, but I WANT TO COME!! I LOVE going on trips and there isn't anything better then a girls trip!

Vegas is good but I could see a group of girls having more fun in a Mexico/Jamaica type place too! Puerto Veretta is great! Jamaica (Negril and Montego Bay) are great! Cabo is great! If this really happens McKenzie, please let me know! I've been to a lot of places and could give some tips on good hotels!

Also, how do you get involved with one of your biggest looser groups?

You'll have to wait until the next biggest loser starts up to join...but there are lots of challenges that are tons of fun ...just go to support groups...chicks up for a challenge! Good luck!

I would love to come out and meet people. I think we make such good friends here that it would be awsome to put the faces to the names (or screen names, lol)

I think Vegas is the place - something for everyone!!! plus i have never been there and would be on the first plane out to go. (shoot am already packing my bags)
