I want a mini-me

I keep seeing people with avatars that are digital images of themselves now or at their future size. Where are they getting that? I'm sure it has to be some website... but I cant find anything. :(

Right click on the image, save it, and upload it to 3FC (user cp, then edit avatar, then browse, then upload).
