weight loss tracker question

Do I have to cut and paste it every time I send a post?? Seems a bit tedious, so I'm guessing I don't. So, how do I make it happen?

hehe I just figured it out so I will try my best to help you! Under User CP...to the left......Edit Signature...paste the Url in the box and save...Also whatever else you'd like to write. Then after that, when you send a post..it will show up!!!
