On My Profile And Ticker Tks:)

You'll find both by clicking on User CP on the purple line above the messages.
On your User CP, on the left side of the page, you can click on Edit Profile, where you can scroll down and add or change your info.
Back at the User CP page, click on Edit Signature, then scroll down to the message box and you can change the numbers in your weight tracker there.
