Blue / Black / and Red team member

I have noticed on several peoples' signatures or avitars, etc. that it says proud black team member or red team member...so forth and so on.

I was wondering what this means...is it related to TBL or something here at 3FC or both??? I'm looking for more ways to keep motivated to lose weight. I was just wondering if this was something I could sign up to or what the details were.

The challenges usually have start and end dates, but you can of course browse any of the threads, ask questions, and so on. :D
