Due to forum spam, new members cannot use the signature option. This will be available after 30 days AND at least 30 posts.

That makes sense...I wondered why mine was not showing up!

How do I find out what date i joined. I am really looking forward to adding a weight tracker at the bottom.

hiya. i've been here longer than 30 days and have over 30 posts but still no ticker. it's not a big deal i was just prepared to change it today because i lost another pound. :carrot:

Yep, I have the 30 posts and I was able to edit the signature. Keeps me motivated :)

well that makes sense why it didn't show up- and i spent all that time choosing it out- ooh well it will be there after.

I'm also looking forward to being able to include the weight tracker. I think the motivation factor alone is great, as I'm very visual. :)

You should be able to do one now. Here are the instructions. Remember to paste it into your profile under signature so it will appear automatically in your posts. Holler if you need help.
