I've decided that I would like to jumpstart my weight loss (getting close to goal soon I hope
) by challenging myself to make some changes this month.So my personal goals this month are:
1) Eat vegetarian meals all week
2) Start a walking program with my hubby
3) get up earlier in the am to exercise and meditate
