I am still alive!
Hi all! It is me again!
Iam still kicking around. Have been walking again, I do a 5.2 km loop when I can. I would like to get it into more of a scheduled thing instead of just doing it whenever. It feels great when I do it. Need to get my eating and drinking water back under control however. My goal for this time next year is to run in a marathon, so I have a lot of work to do to get there, but if I really want it, i will do it. Hugs to everyone Virginia:carrot: |
Tonight - Nature Hike 3 miles - it was 95 at least when we left - phew!
Sat Swimming at the lake with friends. 15-20 min intervals of water treading over the coarse of the day. |

Saturday - 4 hours of scraping rust off and priming a large metal gate for our drive way and 1/2 of the metal fencing around our front yard.
Sunday - 4 1/2 hours of scraping rust the other 1/2 of the fence and priming it and then painting the metal gate for the driveway. I hurt! :( |
Thursday - 3 mile walk, 2 hrs
Friday - all day backpack, 5 miles total Sat - Errands and grocery shopping Sun - Walked creek 1/8 mile, walked pasture twice 3/8 mile total |
Saturday - 45 min. (3 mile) Walk Away the Pounds
today - 20 minute of 30 minute Prevention Butt/Thigh/Belly DVD (it is done in 10 minute groups) |
