Monday: 30min one-on-one football/soccer (such fun! I thought I was going to die from exhaustion)
Tuesday: 50min skipping, 45min toning (to Tamilee's 'I Want That Body') I'm really trying to avoid ducking out of exercise today...but I'm soooo tired! I might just jog and bounce around on the mini-trampoline to Kerrang (UK metal channel) for half an hour. I'm desperately trying to do some small form of exercise every day. |
