4.5 miles on my bike... Woohoo I can feel my legs getting a little tighter.. Then 10hrs on my feet all day...But that doesnt count i think...

Saturday: 1 hour aquacize

Monday: 1 hour bike ride 1/2 hour walk
Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 1 hour walk |
Wednesday - 40 minute walk :)

Wednesday-30 min stationary bike ride 4.6 miles at 6 intensity 100 situps on the ball

Friday:- 40 minutes walk, half of which was constantly up hill and I pushed myself to walk faster than I normally do :)

Today I walked up 3 flights of stairs to get to my office. I'm slowly going to build up to taking all 14 flights - baby steps! :)

well after months of not so much exercising, hubby and i joined the gym and are going to start swimming after work. I'm off to a good start, got about 40 minutes of swimming in last night, plan to do another 40 or so tomorrow. feels good to be back into it, but boy am i sore! :)

Wednesday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk. My second PT appt. Man, I love PT! I can really feel the difference after only one week. :D

Back on the trail!
Yesterday my walking pal and another gal (ooh a rhyme) went for a nature hike up the road - according to my pedometer - we went 3.77 miles round trip and 11,409 steps - yes my legs are sore and I have blisters too! But it felt great and we are going again tonight - all I can say is I better make my goal this saturday - the suspense is killing me. |
Wednesday - walked down 14 flights of stairs 3 times
- walked up 3 flights of stairs twice - 30 minute walk at lunch time |
I spent an hour on the eliptical at the gym on Tuesday night...and I'm going tonight after dp gets home.

Wesd: 45 min in the pool and then as a reward 5 in the hot tub.
btw - does anyone else have to work out with an annoying partner? I'm not sure how to handle it... i'm getting really irritated tho. :) |
