Let's stay motivated and get ourselves moving! :cheer:

This morning I did 20 minutes of yoga :)

add a 30 minute walk at lunch time to that -it was nice to be outside, felt kind of spring-like :flow1:

Thursday- Drank my water, took my vitamins and exercise for 25 minutes with video
Friday- Drinking my water, took vitamins, exercised with video, lifted weights and worked abs.
So far so good.

aw man this thread is making me feel bad I did sweet fa today but in my defence I have an exam tomorrow I normally walk between 4-6 miles a day so i shouldn't feel too bad about having one day off right

Ran 2.5 miles on the elliptical machine at the gym. One of these days, I vow to run a faster mile than my husband!
