Last night 45 minutes of Tae Bo. This morning, something NEW. 20 minutes of Pilates. I still have to get in a chest session and cardio, or at least cardio so I'll do that tonight.

Last night worked chest and tris to failure and then rode the bike for an hour.

Friday was just a ton of walking; my normal lunch walk, then about 2 hours of hiking around town after work waiting for my DH after his late appointment.

40 minutes on the exercise bike this morning. I wanted to get some in right away as we have a Mother's Day Observed high tea this afternoon. :D

ARgh, my back went out Sunday morning after exercycling. I managed a gingerly 45 minute walk after tea, and another 30 minute lunch walk yesterday. Gentle walking is about all I can manage at the moment. So frustrating.

been wimping out lately. have started working abs, did a bunch of ab crunches in various positions today. planning on cardio, more abs, and some arms tomorrow.
