I have been failing miserably on my challenges. I'm going to make this really light, in hopes that I will succeed this month and be able to do more next month!

Two times a week at the gym.
Start working more ab work and crunches into my routines.
Get to a point where I can do a cleansing week and start on a healthier diet.

You know how it is waiting for the pantry to be emptied of the non diet food, not wanting to spend money you don't have on healthier foods and being too lazy to cook those healthy foods. *L* But my big pants are starting to not fit, and it's time to get control again. le-sigh!

Week 1 hasn't been very good but I vow to do better on week 2. I am still at the same weight and I still have this darned cold that I picked up on vacation

Tani- way to go on the 2lbs!

Hi all,

May is going okay so far. I have got to work harder at getting more calories into my diet - by way of adding more veggies. This is the last week of my 21 day challenge to exercise every single day. I am positive that I will complete it. The tape measure is also shrinking nicely.

Tiki.

grr stupid plateau. i think i'm going to have to switch up my exercise routine and my eating to shock my body a little because it's way too used to what i'm doing.

Way to go ggbun!

Well I have been struggling for the last month or so and last night I went to a different WW meeting to get a different perspective and some motivation.

So...today is day one of being back on track

May challenge check in:

2 more lbs down.... which brings my grand total up to three digits! OMG, I'm very happy, but that's a scary number to look at. It's a whole other person, albeit one a lot shorter than me

I'm firmly in size 12 again, which feels really great. Even if today's size 12 isn't quite the same as the 12 I wore in high school.

I'm glad you found a new ww meeting to attend, Mauvaisroux! (and w00t on it being closer) The right kind of support just makes all the difference in the world, doesn't it!?

Tani, that is SO WONDERFUL!!! You are doing a great job. You lost my 13 year old son!!!! The next time you are out and see a person about 5'1 inches tall, slim build, point at them and say I DROPPED YOU!!!!
