Way to go Tani!

Terrible weather on Sunday and again today. I am going to do 45 minutes of yoga tonight since going out walking is not an option.

2 30 minute walks yesterday. I was going to ride my exercise bike in the evening as well... but I couldn't seem to put down the knitting needles

Way to go Tani.

I understand about the knitting. I just knitted two ponchos. I like to knit while watching TV and it would be "just one more row, just one more row". The next thing you know it's late. *L*

Well, I shovelled the driveway last night due to our blizzard and I carried 30 packages of flooring from the garage into the house (I have stairs). I have sore muscles today, but it feels great.

Good job on the shoveling When we get our once yearly snow here we just play hooky and make snowmen.

I have had a rest day today, just done my 10 000 steps. I did the gym yesterday and it felt really hard, though I just did my normal routine, figured I probably needed a day off from it. Back swimming tomorrow, I can't wait!!!!! I love swimming most of all!!!!

Hey Mauvais - it only took 40 minutes. I'm impressed!! Your driveway is so long.

I walked 35 minutes yesterday in the BITTER cold.

Just 45 minutes of walking yesterday.

I think I need to break down and see a physcial therapist for my wrist... when I asked my doctor about it last summer she said that it was just weak, not injured (I fell on it 3-4 times in the course of a 6 month period a couple years ago, and it's never been the same since) That just doesn't sound right though. I can't put my weight on it (say for a push up) or even bend it back to 90 degree angle. And I've used dumbells 3 days a week for over a year, so it can't be *that* weak, muscle wise. Or if it is, the exercises I'm doing aren't helping it, so I need someone to tell me what to do. I'm tired of not being able to do exercises that require being on hands and knees.
