Loss goal: 6 pounds Personal challenge: swim 3 times a week and do my 10 000 steps per day, and keep up with my gym 3 times a week. A small non-food related reward that you will give yourself: Oooh hopefully I will get two rewards this month, coz for 20 pounds down I get my Jo Malone perfume. Only two to go! My March reward will be a new handbag. I have my eye on one already! |
