I didn't eat ANY of the brownies I made yesterday. Not even the crumbs. Didn't even lick my fingers!!!! YAY!!!

I got home from my dance class yesterday and was starving - instead of eating something stupid I had a cup of herbal tea and one slice of toast and that did the trick

I drank a lot of water and very litle Kool-Aid over the weekend. I also avoided fried chicken wings and soda at a meeting last night.

This is sick and I hate to even admit it.. but I am sucking it up and going to the dentist today for the first time in...... umm.... about 9 years? Can't put it off any more, and I finally have insurance. I'm terrified, but hopeful. big gold star for lizzie.

Big gold star for me....I was just about to have a binge attack...and instead had a cup of hot tea and a 110 calorie Pria bar instead. Binge abolished. Woohoo!

My gold star moment was after work today. My aim is to go to the gym at work 3 times a week, it was shut yesterday to get new equipment. So after my shift finished at 6 tonight, I went and did my work out!
