Calling all sci-fi geeks...bad news
 

Hi everyone,

As some of you know my husband and I are involved in the 501st division (Star Wars stormtroopers) and we have some bad news.
A member of the Carolina garrison/South Carolina area has found out that his little girl has a tumor on her brain stem. The 501st is banding together to send a very large gift for her and her family from all of us.

If anyone is interested-the cut off date is Sunday November 21 to be included in the group donation. If you would like information about that...please pm me and I will get you all of the details. She is a small little girl-close in age to my own daughter. I also have an address where you can send her a small gift or get well card if you would like-something to cheer her up during this scary and unsure time.

Sorry to hear about that Aphil - I have worked with the 501st at the Star Wars convention in Indy and the members are great. I will be sending prayers to that little girl and her family.
