Pretty funny! No, I'm not nearly that impressive! I did power walk 2 miles this morning though -- does that count?

Woo hoo! Just did interval resistance biking for 5 miles -- simulating huge hills -- whoa. Love that rubbery feeling........

Default Aqua jog? Anyone?

Just got back from a two-mile beach walk. My brow is wet; the back of my neck is wet. My "Moo and Oink" t-shirt (from the meat market in Chicago) is damp.

As Martha would say, "It's a good thing."

Does anyone here do something called "Aqua jog?" I do hydro-fit deep water aerobics but my poolis temporarily closed. Another pool relatively close has something called aqua jog but I can't find concrete info about it.

30 minute walk this morning and I will be doing another 30 minute walk tonight.

I have been packing my apartment to move so I have no room to exercise right now and I am really missing my DVD's and morning exercise

My bellydance class starts this week and I am really looking forward to it!

Ooooohhh, spinning, Ellis! Fabulous! I've never been to a class, but I go 24-26 mph on my exercise bike for extended periods -- does that count?

Did a mile power walk with weights this morning and another mile at lunch -- will do my HIIT biking tonight, along with another power mile.
