Unfortunately bumping this thread back up.

I found out today my cousin, who is only 4 days younger then me, has to see a neurosurgeon. He has a cyst on his brain. They may have to do surgery.

When we were just a tad younger than you, DH had a false positive on a cat scan and they told us he had a brain tumor. HOPE this turns out to be something similar. If the surgery has to take place I hope it goes quickly...better to get it over with.

Thank you Den & Ellis! It is kind of strange. I am a little nervous (and trying to stay that way), but I am kind of waiting to see what comes of the Dr. visits before I know how bad it is.

Thank you Mette & Heather. My aunt and my cousin's MIL are heading down to see him on Monday. They are still waiting for one dr. to come back from vacation. For now it is just wait and see.

But in other happier news, my best friend's aunt who had breast cancer is doing really well. Done with radiation & her hair is growing back.

My cousin had surgery yesterday. He is doing well. They were taking him to the ICU for the night. But the doctor said he got it all.
