Trimspa?

Has anyone used this? or any other supplements that they would recommend? I am so tired of low-carbing and Atkins I could scream. I am just curious if there is anything out there that anyone has used that may be of interest.... I have had some success with Atkins I had lost about 15 pounds and immediately after eating normal for about 3 days I gain about 5 pounds of fluid back literally. I want to lose between 15 to 25 more pounds but am losing my mind not being able to eat what I cook for everyone else in my household. I have started walking again also which should help some but I do not have the funds to join a gym at the time due to DH's recent job loss.

Well just curious.

I have a box I could send you if you want to try it. I bought it and tried it for 2 days and found out with my thyroid medication that I couldn't take it. PM me your address and I will send it to you.

Amy-
There was a long discussion about Trim Spa in the Buyer Beware Forum. If its not right up, go through the archives. Magic diet pills are 99.9% crap IMHO

Never heard of Trimspa  but I am not a fan of diet pills either.

Decided against the Trimspa- I have never been one who was too much on taking meds to lose. I just always seem to be starting over. Guess that is what I will do again.
