Changing 1 habit per week - July 12+
Good morning everyone :sunny:
This week I am trying to keep a food journal on a daily basis - I am notoriously bad at this :lol: |
This is my first week on “changing 1 habit”, and this week I’m trying to drink 64 oz water every day.
As of today: my first day went swimmingly (so to speak). I drank and I p***! :lol: |
I am giving up soft drinks - forever!

I got really inspired by this thread. Last week I started drinking at least 64 oz water every day, and this week I have stopped drinking sodas (like Lunula did last week).
So far (day 3) I'm still drinking all my water and there are no sodas in sight! So far I' finding that giving up things are harder than adding things. Heh. That should really not surprise me by now, huh? :^: |
