Yay! I exercised today!

Today I walked around the downtown core for 4 hours - now my feet are throbbing! :lol: |
Wednesday
1 Hour Tennis
House Duty...(laundry, dishes, etc..) Bathed Rats & Did Heavy Duty Cleaning of Cages... |
Thursday
1 Hour Tennis
1 ½ Hours Gardening/Digging/Pulling Weeds, etc.. House Duty...(laundry, dishes, etc..) |
sunday- more walking - 2 hours
Monday- walked to work and to WW tonight Tuesday - walk to work, walk home. |
Thursday
40 min combo of step aerobics and low impact weight training |
Wednesday - 1 hour of walking, 1 hour of bellydancing
Thursday- 2 hours of walking |
Friday – lifting weights (35min)
Saturday – jogging (30min) (Oooh! Bellydancing, mauvaisroux? Sounds like fun!!!) |
Yes bellydancing! It is so much fun!
Friday - 1 hour of walking Saturday -stair climbing - 30 minutes followed by mondo house work |
Sunday - Yoga
Monday - lifting weights Tuesday - jogging My exercising routine this summer is very uncomplicated: 5 out of 7 days I do either jogging or weight lifting. But I have big plans for next semester - I don't know if I'm ready for bellydancing ;), but I'll definitely do a class in Pilates and join a gym and learn how to lift weights properly! |

Then I was really lazy and did not work out all week until today--1 hour combo step and weights |
Wednesday - 35 minutes weightlifting
Thursday - 30 minutes jogging |
Saturday
House cleaning...from 12 Noon until 10:00 PM. Everything sparkles and my feet are sore. :lol:

Sunday- 5 hours spent at a bellydance workshop! Phew! I am exhausted now. |

Another 6 hours or so cleaning house..this time did laundry and organized, vacuumed, and dusted the office & the closet. have a huge office...½ the size of my whole house. Had stuff everywhere!! :(
